ORGANIZATION Regional Assembly The Regional General Assembly is the supreme governing body of the organization. Its main duty is to analyze and approve the regional activities reports, analyze and adopt new regional politics taking in consideration the Regional Council proposals and other documents the Council raises for consideration. The Regional Assembly is made up by all the Region Regular Members and Associate Members. The Associate Members may attend as observers. It holds at least one regular session a year to discuss matters within its competence. Regional Council The Regional Council is the principal agency in second degree of hierarchy, formed of up to 15 members. Among its principal duties is to provide work program guidelines and Region activities. Executive Committee The Committee implements politics and programs based on the decisions established by the Regional Council and the Regional General Assembly. The Committee submits proposals and recommendations to Regional Council. For this reason is the entity in charge of overseeing and coordinate the general activities of the organization.

Regional Secretary The Regional Secretariat is the administrative body whose main role is to give an efficient and effective administration to the Organization. The Regional Secretariat is in charge of ensuring internal rules compliance; monitoring the decisions taken, work programs and activities ordered by the Regional Council and the Assembly. Additionally, is in charged with the responsibility of annual budget implementation. The Regional Secretary works closely with the Executive Committee.
